CIVIL PARKING ENFORCEMENT
Civil Parking Enforcement is due to be implemented throughout East Suffolk on 6th April 2020. From that date parking offences become civil rather than criminal offences.
Framlingham Town Council has been negotiating with East Suffolk Council to adapt the latter's district-wide scheme to the specific needs of Framlingham - we particularly need to increase the turnover of cars parking in Market Hill to make it easier for visitors to access local businesses. How is Framlingham affected?
