The composting plant near Silverlace Green has recently been taken over by Biogen.

Biogen can be contacted on 01728 724 349. The site manager, Andrew Ryan, is always happy to answer questions from local residents.

If you have an issue or concern with the site please contact Andrew on the above phone number.

If you would like to make a formal complaint please contact the Environment Agency on 03708 506 506, not Suffolk Coastal District Council as they are not responsible for Biogen's Environmental Permit.

Did you know? The contents of your 'brown' garden and food waste bins are sent to the plant at Parham to turn into nutritious compost.

Over 30,000 residents in Suffolk Coastal have signed up for the paid for brown bin collection service since it was launched 6 weeks ago. You can find out more about the scheme here:-
