Additionally, East Suffolk Council are currently undertaking a consultation providing an opportunity to review and comment on the Council’s approach to financial sustainability and meeting the budget challenges ahead. You may be particularly interested in Question 7. The Council has received Additional Restrictions Grant funding from the Government to support businesses in both 2020/21 and 2021/22. Although this funding is needed during the current period of national restrictions, we anticipate that remaining funding will be available next year and are interested in your suggestions as to how this can be used most efficiently and effectively.
