The Museum is a tribute to the endeavours of the 390th Bomb Group who flew B-17s from Parham Airfield during World War II.

It also plays tribute to other 8th US Army Air Force and allied airmen operating throughout East Anglia during the Second World War, and also the men of the British Resistance Organisation.

The Museum's continued existance relies on donations and volunteer supoort to help with roster duties and maintenance necessary to ensure the continued preservation of the building and its contents.

The Museum always welcomes new volunteers.
