Various Exercise Classes held in Parham Village Hall

Several exercise classes are held at Parham Village Hall throughout the day on Thursday.

There are classes suitable for all abilities, ranging from Gentle Movement to Music classes for the over 60s (3pm), to Better Body Workouts (7.30am) and Core Power (11am), to High Intensity Interval Training (6.30 and 9.30 am) for those really wanting to increase fitness or lose weight.  Groups are small and friendly, and the sessions are fun!

All classes cost £5, and run on a Pay as You Train basis. Classes will run if sufficient numbers so please call to book before your first class.

3pm Over 60’s Gentle Workout to Music. Subject to interest. 
Bespoke sessions may also be possible if you have individual training needs or would like to workout with a group of friends.
