On Thursday 2 May, residents in East Suffolk will go to the polls to have their say on who represents them at a local level.
Today, Monday 1st April 2019 marks a new era for local Government. It is the first day for East Suffolk Council - a brand new local authority replacing Suffolk Coastal and Waveney.

Carol singing in Parham on 17th December was, once again, a great success with Daniel and his trumpet leading an enthusiastic band of singers.
Following Cllr. Griffiths regisnation from the Council due to moving away from the area, Parham Parish Council now has a vacancy for a Councillor.
The Local Plan sets out the policies which will guide development in the District over the period to 2036, and contains policies which will be used to determine planning applications. The plan identifies how much growth should take place and where this should be located.
