A MESSAGE FROM CITIZENS ADVICE BUREAU - East Suffolk

For anyone that has any other needs or requires support with housing rights, financial advice etc, please do encourage them to contact their local Citizens Advice office so that we can assess any support that might be available to them.

Citizens Advice East Suffolk offers a phone service Monday to Friday 10-2, 0808 278 7866. However, as this phone line can be very busy, if they have access to email, clients may wish to contact us either via our website:

Home | Citizens Advice East Suffolk or by emailing advice@caes.org.uk and we will get back to them as quickly as we can.

We also have an outreach service in the Library in Framlingham on Fridays 10-2.

Please be aware that this is a drop in service so clients may have to wait to be seen. Due to the expectation of high demand at this outreach, some clients may wish to send an email or phone us if there is a long queue.

Please take a look at our website for details of other outreaches where clients may wish to visit us instead: Face to Face Advice | Citizens Advice East Suffolk
